Get Inspired for the 2010 Water-Efficient Landscape Awards

Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is kicking off the 2010 Water-Efficient Landscape Awards by offering a tour of past winning landscapes on Saturday, May 22 from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Attendees will be able to gather water-efficient landscaping ideas by touring five homes of previous winners.

“The conservation staff at TMWA wants to help customers understand how they can have both a beautiful and water-efficient yard and with the Landscape Awards Tour we hope to inspire our customers with some new ideas for this year’s planting season,” Lora Richards, administrator of conservation and community education, said.
