aces-300x233-5753657-8631454With a jam-packed Opening Weekend of Aces Baseball right around the corner, a limited number of general admission tickets for the April 8 home opener at Aces Ballpark are available now.

The second chapter of Triple-A Baseball in Northern Nevada kicks-off in a big way in just more than two weeks. The April 8 home opener is one of the most anticipated dates on the team’s calendar, with special pregame entertainment and the debut of the Freight House District all planned for the first of four games against the Fresno Grizzlies, Triple-A Affiliate of the San Francisco Giants.

The action continues on Friday night, April 9 with a pair of exciting promotions. As fans enter the gates they will receive special Reno Aces 2010 magnet schedules, presented by McMaster Consulting. The fun will continue after the game, as the Reno skyline will be illuminated with the first Fireworks Friday spectacular of the 2010 season.

On Saturday night, fans will be treated to an Aces fleece blanket, courtesy of Silver Legacy, and Sunday’s game marks the first matinee contest of the young season.

An Aces scarf giveaway, another business person’s special and a visit from the Salt Lake Bees, Triple-A Affiliate of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, round out a fun-filled first week of Aces Baseball.

While a select number of general admission tickets are available now for Opening Day, fans can still secure great seats for April 8 and other popular dates by purchasing a full-season or partial-season-ticket plan. Picking-up a package is the only way to guarantee your seat to the opener, July 4 and all the exciting giveaways and promotions throughout the summer on the 2010 calendar.

To pick-up tickets for Opening Weekend or any other games on the 2010 schedule, stop by the Aces Ballpark Box Office, call (775) 334-7000 or visit www.RenoAces.com. For information on full-season or partial-season-ticket plans, call the Aces front office at (775) 334-4700.
