WHAT: First baby of the new decade born at Renown Regional Medical Center.

DETAILS: Estephania Jimenez Gastellu, 18, gave birth – a day early – to her 8-pound, daughter at 12:32 a.m. Jan.1. Baby Allison was the first 2010 birth at any of the region’s hospitals.
