“Be Cool @ Your Library” encourages children of all ages to read for fun, knowledge and the opportunity to win prizes. Children and teens will read for 20 hours and receive a free book. They may finish multiple logs to win multiple books.

Special programs will be featured at Washoe County Library branches during the four-month reading program. All library programs are free and children are welcome to participate at more than one library.

You can sign up for the Winter/Spring Reading Program at your local library, or visit the Washoe County Library System website, www.washoecountylibrary.us for more information.

Questions about the program may be directed to Brenda Baxter, Youth Services Coordinator, [email protected].
