Artists have just over two weeks left to submit an entry into Artown’s 2010 Poster Artist Request For Qualifications (RFQ), with the closing date for submission Nov. 6.
Each year the festival selects a regional artist to create the art to be used on the festival poster, Little Book and other marketing materials. A copy of the RFQ is attached for reference. This project is open to all regional illustrators, photographers or other visual artists. The 2009 artist was Reno, Nev., printmaker Candace Nicol.
