Former Nevada All-America Diver Minette Competing at the AT&T National Diving Championships

Candice MinetteTALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Former University of Nevada All-America diver Candice Minette (Glendale, Ariz.) teamed with Olympian Kelci Bryant (Chatham, Ill.) to score 280.80 points and place second in the preliminary round of the 3-meter synchronized event at the AT&T National Diving Championships Tuesday. The duo have now earned a trip Sunday’s finals.

Minette scored 222.95 points in today’s 3-meter springboard preliminaries to earn 17th place and will compete in the 1-meter springboard later this week. She completed her eligibility at Nevada in the spring after helping the Wolf Pack to three consecutive Western Athletic Conference swimming & diving titles.
