There as a rather sad hit piece about the water utility in the local media in 2009. A reporter took a few customer complaints and turned them into attack pieces against the Truckee Meadows Water Authority. Behind the headlines, however, was a side of the story that wasn’t getting a fair shake — that of the utility.
