The Terry Lee Wells Nevada Discovery Museum (The Discovery) has been selected as the nonprofit partner for the 13th Annual Nevada Women’s Expo on March 28 and 29, 2015. The Expo selects a local nonprofit every year for the event and creates special opportunities within the Expo to generate awareness and donations for the organization.

As the nonprofit partner, all proceeds from VIP ticket sales will benefit The Discovery.

VIP tickets for Saturday, March 28 are $28 and are available for adults only. Saturday VIP ticket holders will receive a special 9 a.m. entry (one-hour early), with a female adult morning reception. At 11 a.m., enjoy 30 minutes of Morning Mixology with Nicole Barker of the Reno Chapter of the U.S. Bartender’s Guild and kitchen chemistry takeaway — plus, reserved stage seating throughout the Expo, a Macy’s gift bag, designated parking with $8/parking fee and more.

VIP tickets for Sunday, March 29 are $12 and are family-friendly. Sunday VIPs will enjoy early entry at 10 a.m., receive a gift bag for kids (science experiments, toys, snacks, etc.), and designated parking with an $8 fee. At 1 p.m., VIPs will have the opportunity to take part in hands-on science demonstrations with educators from The Discovery and meet local firemen.

VIP tickets are available online at nevadawomensexpo.com. The Nevada Women’s Expo runs Saturday March 28, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, March 29 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
