Work with Dr. Robert Watson and registered dietitian, Shanti Wolfe of Gym Rat Foods by Roundabout Catering, to learn and employ the five pillars of health for:

– Reduced Risk of Disease

Includes an instructional cooking demonstration by Chef Colin Smith of Roundabout Catering and Roundabout Grill.
