Artown today announced that there are four finalists under consideration to take over ownership of the Lear Theater near downtown.
The four are:
- Achemist Movement
- Mercury Momentum
- Merry War Theater Group and The Potentialist Workshop
- Sierra School of Performing Arts.
In a press statement Artown said that its board and a Lear committee will make the decision on Wednesday, April 4, 2018.
“The Artown Board of Directors and The Lear Committee wish to congratulate all of the finalists and thank them for their participation in this important community process to revive and restore the treasured Lear property,” they said in a statement.
