RENO, Nev. (June 14, 2017) — Holland & Hart LLP hosts Law on Tap, the first of a four-part professional networking series, Thursday, June 15, 5:30 – 7 p.m. at West Street Market. Labor and employment attorneys Dora Lane and Anthony Hall will discuss the legal implications of marijuana in the workforce in light of Nevada’s recent legalization of marijuana.

“With the advent of medical and recreational marijuana in Reno, local business owners need to know how to implement laws surrounding its use in a professional setting,” said Lane. “The goal is not to host an expansive seminar, but to give interested business owners a quick snapshot of what to look for, and then open it up to a casual mixer.”

Guests will enjoy complimentary wine from West Street Wine Bar and appetizers from Cafe DeLuxe.

“We want to be available for our guests as Reno’s economy and employment laws continue to evolve,” said Hall. “The most important part is that the Reno community sees us as a resource and partner for common issues.”
