As the world continues reeling from the recent terror attacks in Paris, Governor Brian Sandoval is taking steps to focus on homeland security. One new development is Sandoval appointed Lieutenant Governor Mark Hutchison  to Nevada’s Homeland Security Commission. Reno Public Radio’s Anh Gray caught up with Hutchison on the phone to learn more.
