Peppermill Heats Up With Hot August Nights

The Peppermill Resort Spa Casino is the center of spectacles, events, and the nation’s finest classic cars during Hot August Nights, August 3-8, 2015. The resort kicks off America’s largest classic car festival at the Official Kick-Off Party Monday, August 3. Concerts, Show-n-Shines, and more follow throughout the week.

The festival grows from a rumble to a roar at the week’s first ‘Mill Mile Cruise. Attendees have the opportunity to evaluate the cars’ appeal and view their favorites for the Show-n-Shine Finalist Awards, during which the five most well-received four-wheelers will be selected to compete for a share of the $10,000 cash prize on the final day of the festival.

Monday also serves up Parking Lot Roulette, where participants have a shot at winning prizes from 8 – 9:45 p.m. The Beatles Flashback treats guests to the first of daily free outdoor concerts from 6 – 9:45 p.m.

Added to this year’s activity line-up is a throwback to one of the world’s most popular games created in 1929, Bingo! The resort hosts a Bingo night Friday, August 7 beginning at 7 p.m. All attendees are welcome to participate in the fun social affair, and even have a chance at winning some prizes.

Also new this year the Peppermill hosts Richard Rawlings in the Miller Lite Muscle Lounge Saturday, August 8 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Rawlings is the star of Discovery Channel’s reality show Fast n’ Loud.

One of Peppermill’s signature Hot August Nights events is the Show-n-Shine Finalist Competition, Saturday, August 8 at 8 p.m. The highly anticipated ceremony announces the ultimate winner of this year’s classic car shows Before congratulating the winner, dance the night away with the final free outdoor concert beginning at 6 p.m.
