Saint Mary’s Medical Group announced today that it will expand medical services for residents in the northwest Reno neighborhood. A new clinic, scheduled to open November 2015, will be located in the former Scolari’s building at 6255 Sharlands Avenue.
“Supporting the growth of our community, including seniors, is part of our strategic mission and that involves adapting to and accommodating the needs of local residents,” said Helen Lidholm, CEO of Saint Mary’s Health Network. “Our goal is to continue to provide affordable options and efficient access to care which directly contributes to a healthier community.”
The new clinic will replace Saint Mary’s existing northwest Reno clinic, located at 1595 Robb Drive.
St. Mary’s said that the new clinic will feature expanded hours, family medicine providers, imaging services and other care.
