On Thursday, May 21, 2015 from 5 – 9 pm community and religious leaders will join law enforcement officials to discuss building a stronger collaboration between the community and law enforcement.
A free barbecue on the third floor of the Joe Crowley Student Union, on the University of Nevada, Reno campus, starts at 5 pm. The barbecue is open to everyone in the community.
A symposium will start at 6 pm and go until 9 pm in the Student Union Theater.
There will be free admission, free parking and free daycare provided for those members of the community who wish to participate.
A pre-symposium news conference, with more details, is being held at the Joe Crowley Student Union, at 1 pm on May 14, 2015.
