Where there’s a great cause, there’s almost always a great effect. In this case, it’s the Reno Philharmonic and their Parties of Note fundraiser. This year’s dinner takes place Saturday, February 14 (Valentine’s Day, for those of you wondering why that date seems significant) at Mark Estee’s newest venture Reno Provisions and has a “Be Our Sweetheart” theme.
The Reno Phil holds to Parties of Note during the year and funds raised help offset the Reno Philharmonic Association’s administrative and office expenses. “Our Parties of Note fundraisers are all unique and designed to create a fun and luxurious atmosphere for our guests,” Tim Young, CEO and president of the Reno Philharmonic Association, said. “What better occasion than Valentine’s Day to turn a simple night out into a memorable experience while dining in decadence, enjoying an intimate performance and giving back to the Reno Phil.”
