CARSON CITY — Reno- and Carson City-based Americana/roots band Notch 8 released today a live album recorded at Reno’s Midtown Wine Bar. The complete release can be downloaded free (or a donation) today, Black Friday.
After today the release will be sold for $7.

The band has been playing northern Nevada since early 2012, including headlining this year’s Candy Dance in Genoa, opening for War in Carson City and celebrating last year Genoa Bar’s 150th birthday.
The release is 14 songs – brand new originals, originals from the band’s debut release, “Just Move On” (mastered by Chris Dugan, engineer for U2 and Green Day, among others) and covers.
