SUBMITTED STATEMENT: “Today, (the) district court ruled to deny the City of Reno’s requests for a stay of injunction, a stay of arbitration, and a motion to dismiss. (It) also denied (the) firefighters request for declaratory relief. Definitely a win for the public, and the firefighters.”
