Washoe County Treasurer Tammi Davis would like to remind property owners Monday, March 3, is the due date for the fourth installment of 2013/14 property taxes.
Payment can be made by mail, online or in person at the Treasurer’s Office, or take your payment stub to any Wal-Mart location to pay by cash or debit card. There is a fee associated with Wal-Mart payments and those made online with a credit card. However, there is no fee charged for online e-check payments.
Washoe County tax payments can also be made after normal business hours at the County Clerk’s Office. After hours payments can be made by cash with exact change only, check, money order or cashier’s check. At this time, no credit or debit card payments are accepted in person at either the Treasurer’s Office or County Clerk’s Office.
Hours for payments at the Clerk’s Office at 1001 E. Ninth St, Building A:
Monday –Â Friday, 5 p.m.-midnight
Saturday – Â Sunday, 8 a.m.-midnight
Holidays : 8 a.m.-midnight
