“It’s important that we develop an effective, strategic plan with focused priorities that are in line with the Reno residents’ expectations,” said Andrew Clinger, Reno’s City Manager. “This survey project will ultimately provide us a comprehensive look at feedback from residents, employees, and community leaders compared to best practices of municipalities outside of the Reno area.”
Residents interested in participating in the survey should visit www.reno.gov. The survey will be available Thursday, December 6 through Thursday, December 20, 2012. Residents that do not have a computer of their own or online access can participate in the survey by calling Reno Direct at 334-INFO (4636).
The survey is part of a process to gather key perspectives, opinions, and priorities of residents, community leaders, and City of Reno employees of all levels. These results will be considered by the Reno City Council at their annual Council Strategic Planning Session where the Council establishes their annual priorities.
