RENO, Nev. – The Peppermill Resort Spa Casino is celebrating the New Year with fabulous dining options…from casual to elegant, the Peppermill offers the perfect dining experience to ring in the New Year.
In addition to the regular menu, dining at Biscotti’s will include a decadent New Year’s menu featuring filet mignon with shrimp and scallop with dark Valrhona cheesecake for dessert. Café Milano offers petite filet Diane and broiled lobster tail basted with compound butter and potatoes au gratin with classic New York cheesecake for dessert.
The Island Buffet will offer a chilled seafood bar of shrimp, crab, oysters and lobster cocktail, a bountiful carving station with roast Prime Rib of Beef and baked soy-ginger salmon, as well as Asian and Southwestern selections and decadent desserts. Biscotti’s New Year’s Eve menu will be served from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. for $45++ per guest, $55++ with wine pairings. The Island Buffet NYE menu will be served from 4:30 pm to 9:30 p.m. for $26.99 adults, $11.99 children ages 4 to 11, and Café Milano will serve the special NYE menu from 5 p.m. to midnight for $30++ per guest.
For an elegant New Year’s celebration, Bimini Steakhouse, Romanza Ristorante and Oceano are offering special dining options in addition to their regular menus. Bimini will present a four-course feast of poached Maine lobster tail with vanilla bean risotto or grilled filet mignon with Rosti potatoes. Individual raspberry-Chambord cheesecake is served for dessert. The NYE menu will be served from 4 pm to 10 pm for $69.95++ per guest, $79.95++ with wine pairings. Oceano offers pan-roasted Angus filet of beef with spinach spaetzle and creamed Alaskan king crab or wood-grilled Maine lobster Rockefeller with crispy lemon polenta squares. Chocolate sushi with malted milk chocolate crème brûlée is served for dessert.  New Year’s Eve dining at Oceano will be served from 4 pm to 10 pm for $59.95++ per guest, $69.95++ with wine pairings. At Romanza Ristorante the New Year’s Eve menu features giant pasta shells with vine-ripened tomato, basil and Prosciutto or Rossini style filet of beef in Marsala wine with black truffle and roasted fingerling potatoes. Raspberry crème brûlée is served for dessert. The four-course menu at Romanza will be served from 4 pm to 10 pm for $69.95++ per guest, $79.95++ with wine pairings.
