WHAT: Reno Running Company, located at The Summit, will be celebrating their grand opening with a themed 5k (three mile) run and one mile kids run on Sunday, December 4 at 8 a.m. at The Summit.
The Red-Nosed Run welcomes all runners, walkers and joggers to dress in their favorite holiday outfits and join Reno Running Company to help raise funds for the JK Metzker Family Fund. The run will take place around The Summit and will include hot chocolate, music and food. All participants will receive a finisher’s award as well.
Registration for the Red-Nosed Run is open through December 2. Participants can register online at http://www.reno5000.com or at Reno Running Company at The Summit next to GNC. Packet pick-up is Saturday, December 3 from noon to 3 p.m. at Reno Running Company. All participants will receive a discount for Reno Running Company on Saturday during packet pickup and on Sunday during the event. This run is being presented by Reno 5000.
