The Grand Sierra Resort presents an epicurean celebration

Award winning chef and hospitality entrepreneur, Charlie Palmer, and the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino are hosting an exquisite “Holiday Feast” of thoughtful food selections and wine pairings to delight and indulge taste buds this holiday season.  The elegant gourmet dinner takes place on Saturday, December 10 at 7 p.m. in the Grand Theatre.  For a complete menu, please visit http://bit.ly/uNJqiE.

Guests will be greeted with special “his and hers” cocktails before witnessing the spectacular reveal of the evening’s dining room atop the world’s largest indoor stage embellished in the finest holiday décor.

Once Charlie’s guests have made their way to the stage, the culinary journey will begin with a delicious assortment of Maine Lobster Ravioli, Chuckar Partridge Bread Pudding, Roasted Scottish Salmon and Duck Confit Salad. Entrees of Honey Glazed Wild Boar Leg and Pepper Crusted Venison Brochettes and a medley of accompaniments will follow.  To top off the evening, diners will be entertained by the preparation of table-side Baked Alaska along with Petite Fours, Chocolates and Fruit Jellies.

Featured wines represent selections from around the world including west coast vineyards such as Stag’s Leap, Antica, Erath “Prince Hill,” Spring Valley “Nina Lee,” Conn Creek “Limited Release” and Horse Heaven Hills Late Harvest as well as the Tuscany region of Italy Antinori “La Braccesca.”

Dinner guests will enjoy the intimacy of a small dinner party complete with conversation from Charlie Palmer.
