Green College class to focus on bulb and perennial planting

image001-4824631-4414882Learn about bulb and perennial planting that will return year after year in a wonderful garden in a free Green College Class on Saturday, Oct. 22, at 10 a.m. at Rail City Garden Center, 1720 Brierley Way in Sparks.

Join instructor Roxanne Martin to find out how to plant bulbs and perennial plants that last for several growing seasons.

Seating for the class is limited, and reservations are recommended. Call 775-335-1551 to reserve your seat.

While the class is free, a donation of a can of food for the Food Bank of Northern Nevada is suggested. A Food Bank collection barrel is conveniently located at Rail City Garden Center.
