SUBMITTED NEWS RELEASE

MINDEN, Nev. — The 2011 football season at the Carson Valley Inn brings a free weekly football contest, a full-spectrum of sports betting, over three dozen HDTVs for game viewing, free drawings and more for Monday Night Football and bar munches served 24 hours.

The Inn’s Football Free-For-All offers a free chance to win $1,000 each week by picking all 10 of the designated NFL games.  The free weekly contest also pays $100 for everyone who picks nine out of the 10 games. There is no penalty for joining the contest after the first week – or for missing a week – because all prizes are paid weekly with no need to accumulate a certain record throughout the season.

The Football Free-For-All can be entered by INN Club members at either the Carson Valley Inn or at Bodines Casino.  Registering for the Football Free-For-All is done once for the season at a terminal at the Sports and Race Book and takes less than a minute.  You’re then assigned a number you can use every week when you submit your free entry at the Sports and Race Book.

The Inn’s Football Free-For-All cards are out by noon every Thursday.  Entries are accepted weekly until 8 a.m. Sunday during any hours the Sports and Race Book is open.  Complete contest details are available at the Inn’s Sports and Race Book.

College and NFL Football, Major League Baseball, Horse Racing and other sports can be viewed at over three dozen HDTVs in the Carson Valley Inn’s Cabaret Lounge, Cabaret Bar, table games area, CV Steak Bar and Poker Room.  Monday Night Football drawings are held for various NFL merchandise plus much more.

The Inn’s Sports and Race Book is adjacent to the Cabaret Lounge and provides a full spectrum of football betting including proposition bets, parlay cards, over/unders and straight bets.  Football bets can be placed at either the Carson Valley Inn or Bodines Casino in Carson City.  Winning football tickets can be collected 24-hours-a-day by going to the Guest Services counter in the casino when the Sports and Race Book is closed.

Football food offerings at the Carson Valley Inn include delivery service right to your Cabaret Lounge or Casino Bar seat 24-hours a day. Cooked to order Bar Snacks are available 24/7 and include a one-pound basket of Buffalo Chicken Wings, a one-pound Breakfast Burrito (add a Bloody Mary for just a buck!), a Hot Dog and Fries basket, Hamburger or Cheeseburger and Fries basket, a Cheese Quesadilla, Irish Nachos, Chicken Strips and Fries and Calamari Rings. The Cabaret Lounge also offers a selection of 16-ounce draft beers for just $2 each during all televised NFL games.

The Carson Valley Inn (www.carsonvalleyinn.com) is located on US Highway 395 in Minden, NV near the start of State Highway 88, twenty minutes from Lake Tahoe’s south shore and 45 minutes south of Reno. The property includes a recently-remodeled casino, 152-room hotel, 74-room motor lodge, 59-site RV Park and a convenience store with Shell gas and diesel fuel. There are also three dining facilities including CV Steak, the Inn’s new Nevada-style steakhouse featuring steaks, seafood, pasta dishes and more.
