SUBMITTED NEWS RELEASE
Jon Sanchez, CEO of Sanchez Wealth Management, LLC (an SEC Registered Investment Advisor), and The Wealth Advisors will address the issue of reverse mortgage and how northern Nevadans can possibly benefit from it during its January Lunch and Learn seminar on Thursday, Jan. 6 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Homewood Suites by Hilton at 5450 Kietzke Lane in Reno.
A reverse mortgage is a unique type of home loan that allows individuals to turn part of their home equity into cash. However, in contrast to a standard home equity loan, a reverse mortgage is not repaid until after a person no longer resides in the home. For some individuals, a reverse mortgage may be a way to increase retirement income.
The seminars keynote speaker will be Dwight Millard, branch manager of Academy Mortgage, the top-ranked loan originator for northern California and northern Nevada. Millard will discuss what reverse mortgage is, who qualifies for reverse mortgage and the benefits of pursing it.
The Lunch & Learn seminar series in a monthly event that begins with Sanchez providing a “State of the Market” address, bringing the audience up to date on all of the financial events affecting the economy over the previous month. The Wealth Advisors then update attendees on any news relevant to their particular industries. The monthly topic is then discussed, followed by a question and answer session in which the panel and the audience engage in spirited conversation.
Visit sanchezwealthmanagement.com or call 775-853-1600 to register. The seminar is $20 and includes a self-served catered lunch. Space is limited.
