Zumba party in Reno to benefit American Cancer Society

RENO, Nev. – Zumba®, the latest fitness craze, is an aerobic fitness class fusing hypnotic, Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves.  This popular program is immensely popular throughout the U.S. and is available right here in Reno.  Zumba® Reno instructors will host a Zumba® Party on Nov. 6 at the Silver Legacy Resort Casino with all proceeds going to the American Cancer Society.  The party will include raffle prizes, food and drink and three hours of non-stop Zumba® fun.

“Zumba® is an incredible way to take your average workout routine and turn it into something fun and exciting,” said Jake Pinto, local Zumba® instructor.  “This Zumba® Benefit Party will be a chance for Zumba® lovers and newcomers alike to join together for a great cause – supporting the American Cancer Society.”

Zumba® Party Reno will host a raffle with prizes provided by a number of sponsors including Achieve Fitness, Alpine Hematology-Oncology, Asante Fitness, Century Wellness Clinic, Milan Institute, Saint Mary’s Center for Cancer, State Farm Insurance and Transformation Weight Loss Clinic.

The Zumba® Benefit Party will run from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 6 at the Silver Legacy Resort Casino.  Tickets are $10 and all proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society.  Tickets can be purchased in person at any Zumba® class or online at www.ZumbaPartyReno.com.

Zumba® Reno is also a proud partner in physical education.  Washoe County School District students can attend Zumba® Fitness classes at their local gym and receive credit towards their physical education courses.
