IQ Technology Solutions, a leader in information technology professional services, has signed a five-year lease with Basin Street Properties (www.basin-street.com), a prominent West coast real estate investor in commercial and mixed-use properties and the largest office landlord in downtown Reno, to move and expand its offices into Mill @ McCarran project located at 1150 Financial Blvd., in Reno. Starting in November 2010, IQ Technology Solutions will occupy 8,005 square-feet in the 129,767-square-foot, five building project that is designed for office and light industrial use. For nearly 20 years, IQ Technology Solutions has been working with local business, government and educational organizations to help them implement and manage their information technology resources

Mill @McCarran is a mixed-use project that allows Basin Street Properties to accommodate its clients needs offering space for all user groups including office, retail and industrial groups. Basin Street has a designated property manager and facilities engineer dedicated to the tenants of the Mill @ McCarran, as they do with all of its assets.
