Reno Chamber Orchestra’s ‘Dinner with the Maestro’ Feb. 28

On Sunday, February 28, after that afternoon’s Reno Chamber Orchestra concert, you are invited to “Dinner with the Maestro” at Washoe Steakhouse. RCO Music Director Theodore Kuchar will be there, as will Maria Pisarenko, our piano soloist and the winner of the RCO’s 2010 College Concerto Competition. Along with the wonderful food, there will be a wine tasting courtesy of Vino 100 – so make your reservations today!

When: Sunday, February 28, 4:30 p.m. for dinner at 6:00 p.m.

Where: Washoe Steakhouse, 4201 West Fourth Street, Reno

Entrée: Choice of Sirloin of Beef, Atlantic Salmon, or Chicken

Cost: $50 per person includes the wine tasting, wine with dinner, and a $15 donation to the RCO.

Make your reservations by Thursday, February 25 at 12:00 noon by calling the RCO office at (775) 348-9413.

While you’re making your “Dinner with the Maestro” reservations, you can also purchase tickets for that weekend’s RCO concerts featuring Maestro Kuchar and Ms. Pisarenko. The performances – on Saturday, February 27 at 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, February 28 at 2:00 p.m. at UNR’s Nightingale Concert Hall – will include the First Suite of Ancient Airs and Dances by Respighi, Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 21, and the Symphony No. 2 by Beethoven.
