RENOWN HEALTH NEWS RELEASE:
Senior Care Plus, a Medicare Advantage Plan offered by Hometown Health, is now holding informational group meetings to assist new members with questions regarding any of the plan’s five benefit packages. These informational meetings are designed to help Medicare-eligible seniors better understand all five of the available Senior Care Plus plans and complete their Annual Election Form.
The annual enrollment period is Nov. 15 through Dec. 31. During the Medicare Annual Enrollment period, Medicare-eligible beneficiaries can sign up for Senior Care Plus, the area’s only locally owned and operated Medicare Advantage plan.

Senior Care Plus, a product of Hometown Health Plan, Inc. is contracted with the Federal Government to offer a Medicare Advantage Plan with prescription drug coverage, available to anyone with both Medicare Parts A and B. A member must be a resident of Washoe County and continue to pay his or her Medicare Part B premium.
