Senior Care Plus announces annual enrollment meeting dates

RENOWN HEALTH NEWS RELEASE:

Renown Health LogoSenior Care Plus, a Medicare Advantage Plan offered by Hometown Health, is now holding informational group meetings to assist new members with questions regarding any of the plan’s five benefit packages. These informational meetings are designed to help Medicare-eligible seniors better understand all five of the available Senior Care Plus plans and complete their Annual Election Form.

The annual enrollment period is Nov. 15 through Dec. 31. During the Medicare Annual Enrollment period, Medicare-eligible beneficiaries can sign up for Senior Care Plus, the area’s only locally owned and operated Medicare Advantage plan.

A complete list of scheduled meetings for new and existing members can be found at www.seniorcareplus.com.

November meeting dates (all 850 Harvard Way, Reno):

Tuesday, Nov. 3, 10 a.m.
Thursday, Nov. 5, 3 p.m.
Wednesday, Nov. 11, 1:30 p.m.
Thursday, Nov. 12, 3 p.m.
Tuesday, Nov. 17, 10 a.m.
Thursday, Nov. 19, 3 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 21, 9:30 a.m.
Tuesday, Nov. 24, 9 a.m.
Wednesday, Nov. 25, 1:30 p.m.

To register for any of these meetings please call 982-3191. Reservations are strongly recommended.

Senior Care Plus, a product of Hometown Health Plan, Inc. is contracted with the Federal Government to offer a Medicare Advantage Plan with prescription drug coverage, available to anyone with both Medicare Parts A and B. A member must be a resident of Washoe County and continue to pay his or her Medicare Part B premium.

I am a Senior Care Plus member and want to know how in the world you get to the list of providers online. I have looked everywhere on these pages. Why do you not have a link on the home page?????????? Please respond.
