LEGENDS AT SPARKS MARINA NEWS RELEASE
Northern Nevada families are invited to a free evening of safe trick-or-treating through the outlet stores at The Legends at Sparks Marina on Saturday, Oct. 31, from 4-7 p.m.
There will be a costume contest commencing at 6:30 p.m. at the tower by Scheels, with winners in six categories (homemade or store bought: ages 4 and under; ages 5-9; ages 10-13).
First-place winners in each category will win one of six bicycles. Second-place winners in each category will each receive a $20 Legends gift certificate. Third-place winners in each category will choose from a grab bag of prizes from Legends.
Everyone who enters will also be eligible to win Beatles Rock Band from Best Buy. And Harry & David will be sampling flavored hot chocolate at the fireplace near Gymboree.
“We’re excited to be part of the Northern Nevada festivities this Halloween,” said Dennis McGovern, general manager of The Legends at Sparks Marina. “This will mark the beginning of a terrific holiday season in our new home.”
