From the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection’s blog:

Every year, many people contemplate pulling up stakes and moving to the Silver State. While many factors come into consideration, including schools, parks and proximity to vital services, more and more folks want to know whether the air their breathe and the water quality will live up to their standards.

NDEP has taken steps to make it easier for residents and potential residents to find up-to-date air and water quality information with a new web page.

By clicking here, readers can find links to air quality trends, air quality forecasts and real-time readings in Clark and Washoe counties including pollen and allergy alerts, drinking water testing, reports, trends and much more.

The site’s address is: http://ndep.nv.gov/admin/monitoring.htm.
